Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
Candidate sourcing, review resumes, conduct initial interviews, background checks, and job offers
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Manage the offboarding process, including asset return and documentation
Advertise positions and source candidates via digital platform
Track and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring process
Design and conduct testing or HR related software

Requirements:

Speak fluently and write effectively in English
Strong analytical skill and problem solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to work in a Software Company
An organized person with a positive mindset
Academic: Diploma / Degree or higher in related course
Experience: Min 1 year in similar environment
