Responsibilities:
Partner closely with software engineers and the development team to research, scope, and run documentation projects
Contribute to developer-oriented software documentation flow diagrams, quick-starts, and tutorials
Create and organize high-priority technical information for software development processes, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), software product features, and new information technologies
Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
Author technical documents, including Technical Designs, Functional Specifications, Data Designs, and API Guides by gathering necessary details from team members and/or participating in the design and development processes for deliverables
Author general program materials as needed, including Software Development Lifecycle ( SDLC ) processes, presentations, and reports such as for Application Programming Interfaces (API’s) or object-oriented designs (OOD) or process flow diagrams (PFD’s)
Requirements:
Speak fluently and write effectively in English
Proficiency in writing software documentation, tutorials, flow diagrams, testing scenarios, and quick-start guides
Familiar with with SDLC and software development
Desire to work in a Software Company
An organized person with a positive mindset
Academic: Diploma / Degree or higher
Experience: Min 1 year in similar environment
